Try sniffing ginger and lemons and having prenatal vitamins with food and avoid excessively spicy and oily food. Also take extra Vitamin B6 in consultation with your doctor. Eating small meals during the day and for preventing morning sickness eating after you get up is also advised. In case you want to take any medicine, consult your doctor first.
